The Last Frontier is a fun action defense game where the player is in charge of defending the base from incoming enemy soldiers. An intuitive resource allocation system allows you to select different types of soldiers and place them in the correct positions to defend either the north, east, west or south side barracades.
The game can be zoomed in and out, and there is a small map as well to see which direction the enemies are coming from. After each round, an upgrade ship is sent in where you can buy additional gunners, repairmen, infantry, mortars, machine guns, as well as repair your base. If your soldiers stay alive, they will upgrade too based on their experience points.
Use the mouse to select your soldiers and repairman to position them.
